1. What is the MOQ?
Standard industrial-pack cells usually start at 50 cartons; custom packaging with printed blister hang cards or moulded shells starts at 100 cartons. For startups and strategic launches we support small test first orders (approved as dedicated sample work orders).
2. Can you print my LOGO and packaging?
Yes. Cell sleeves, laser-marked metal cans, shrink film, double blister, paper cards and outers are printed strictly from your AI / PDF vector artwork. We supply die-line templates and resident designers verify multilingual warnings and barcode compliance.
3. What certifications do you have?
We hold 12 international certifications and audit reports covering major global markets — UL, UN38.3, CE, RoHS, SGS, PONY, BSCI, ISO9001 and ISO45001. Dangerous-goods certificates, appraisal reports and MSDS are enclosed for smooth customs clearance.
4. How long does sampling take?
Standard cell samples take just 3–5 working days, including internal-resistance and discharge baseline tests. Projects with custom printing, structural parts or connector harnesses take 7–10 working days and come with a full engineering test report.
5. How long is mass production?
First orders ship in 15–25 days, including packaging preparation, automated filling and aging, and full inspection. Long-term customers on annual stocking agreements can get regular materials in 10–14 days.
6. Can voltage and capacity be customized?
Yes. Our formulation and pack-engineering lab customizes voltage through series/parallel design (1.5V, 3V, 12V…) and calibrates rated capacity to the real discharge curve of your device — constant low-current, intermittent high-pulse and more.
