Which alkaline sizes can you manufacture?
LR6 / AA, LR03 / AAA, LR14 / C, LR20 / D and 6LR61 / 9V, plus alkaline button cells AG0–AG13 (LR521 to LR44) and 23A / 27A 12 V cells. All of them are produced in our own plant rather than sourced from a third party.
Are your alkaline batteries mercury-free?
Yes — the alkaline lines produce 0% mercury (Hg0) cells and the plant also runs mercury-free button-cell lines. The mercury statement and the corresponding test documentation are supplied with each export order for EU and US compliance files.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Private-label alkaline orders start at 50 cartons (≈ US$2,000). Projects that need printed blister cards, moulded shells or new tooling start at 100 cartons. Trial quantities below that are handled as sample work orders.
Can you match our existing packaging exactly?
Yes. We print from your AI or PDF vector artwork, supply die-line templates and verify multilingual warnings and barcodes with in-house designers. Shrink, blister, paper card, child-resistant and display-box formats are all available, with CMYK / Pantone colour matching.
How do we compare quality before ordering volume?
Order samples first: they ship in 3–5 working days with capacity, internal-resistance and discharge test data. Production then runs under AQL 0.4 with CPK > 1.67, every pack is laser batch-coded, and SGS or PONY inspection can be arranged at the factory before loading.
