Shipping Policy
How our orders are packed, documented and delivered.
Last updated: 1 September 2026
Incoterms & packaging
Orders ship on FOB or EXW terms by default (CIF/CFR on request). Batteries are packed in standard export cartons with seaworthy inner packaging.
Lead time
Standard production is completed within the period confirmed per order; export packing and documents are ready at shipment time.
Transport documents
Every shipment includes the packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin and the transport certificates relevant to the goods (maritime / air / UN38.3 for lithium cells).
Dangerous goods
Lithium button cells are regulated dangerous goods: they are offered for carriage with UN38.3 test reports, correct packaging and shipping declarations (DGR for air).
Claims for damage
Inspect cartons at delivery. Photo evidence and a claim within 7 days of receipt are required for a replacement resolution.
Shipping marks
Customer shipping marks and labels are applied exactly as approved in artwork review.
