Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are the factory. Guangdong TIANQIU Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. has manufactured cells in its own 100,000 m² industrial park in Guangdong since 1994, and our export team in Guangzhou sells to buyers directly — no intermediary margin and no undisclosed subcontracting.
What is the minimum order for private-label batteries?
Private label starts at 50 cartons (≈ US$2,000) for standard cells, and 100 cartons when printed blisters, moulded shells or new tooling are required. Smaller trial quantities are quoted as sample work orders so a new programme can be tested before volume.
Which certifications come with an export order?
12 international certificates and test reports are on file — UL, UN38.3, CE, RoHS, SGS, PONY, BSCI, ISO9001 and ISO45001, plus MSDS, REACH and IEC test data. Dangerous-goods documentation for sea and air freight is issued with every shipment.
Can you manufacture an equivalent of another brand’s part number?
Yes. We produce cross-referenced equivalents in the three numbering systems — for example AG13 / LR44 / 357A for alkaline button cells, or CR2032 / DL2032 / ECR2032 for lithium coin cells — so your buyers can order against the numbers printed on their own device list.
How do we verify quality before committing to volume?
Samples ship in 3–5 working days with capacity, internal-resistance and discharge test data. Production runs under AQL 0.4 with CPK > 1.67, every pack is laser batch-coded, and third-party inspection (SGS, PONY) can be arranged at the factory before loading.
