These terms govern the use of this website and the supply arrangements of Guangdong TIANQIU Electronics Technology Co., Ltd.

Scope

The website presents our products, packaging and OEM capabilities. Content is provided for information; a contract is formed only by a written mutual confirmation of an order.

Quotations & pricing

Quotations are valid for the period stated in the offer. Prices are in USD, EXW or FOB as specified, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Minimum order

MOQ is 50 cartons (≈ US$2,000) for standard products; higher MOQs apply per item where stated in the offer.

Packaging & labelling

Private label programmes require customer artwork approval before production. Client-supplied artwork is reproduced to the customer’s specifications.

Delivery

Lead times are confirmed per order. Delays caused by customer artwork, payment or force majeure extend the delivery period accordingly.

Product claims

Claims must be notified in writing within 7 days of receipt. Batches are traceable via production codes.

IP & branding

Customer-owned artwork and brand assets are used solely for the customer’s order. The customer confirms the right to use all supplied artwork.

Liability & law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China; disputes are resolved in the courts of the seller’s location, unless the parties agree otherwise.
